We strive to provide the highest value and peace-of-mind throughout your purchasing experience. To make things as easy as possible, shipping and handling, including insurance, for all massage chairs priced over $2,000 is FREE to most major cities in Canada.

For all other shipping locations, please call or email us to receive a quote for shipping fees. Your massage chair will be shipped via freight service and be delivered to the destination address provided. Upon arrival, your chair will be unloaded to your ground level curbside, driveway, or, when applicable, can be picked up directly from the freight terminal.

Youneed offers additional delivery services including door delivery or white glove assembly services at a surcharge upon request.

To receive a rate quote with your zip code, please contact us prior to placing your order. Youneed guarantees that your new massage chair will be sent out within 3 business days. All tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

We welcome self pick-up from our warehouse located in Richmond, B.C. Please contact us for details. For deliveries within the Greater Vancouver area, we offer free delivery & assembly (in-home service, $250 value) in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Coquitlam, Delta, Surrey, Langley and White Rock. All other products and massage chairs value less than $2,000 may be picked up at our Richmond warehouse or delivered to you via courier service. All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer is valid for most items shipped by ground within Canada. Please provide a valid street address with each order. P.O. Boxes are not accepted for delivery.
