What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. Please kindly check your order information and let us know of any changes to be made as soon as possible. If you have trouble viewing our email, please check your Spam or Junk folder or call us at (604)233-1896 and we will resend the email. You can also check your order status by logging into My Account or emailing us at email@example.com
Pick up at warehouse: Orders are available for pick-up at the warehouse the next business day after the payment has been cleared.
Free delivery & assembly within the Lower Mainland: Delivery within a week.
Outside of Lower Mainland: Please allow 7-14 business days for the shipment to be delivered.
Other Products (Massagers, exercisers, etc.)
Your order will be processed by our agents for shipping and will be picked up by our freight carrier on the next business day.
Track Your Order
An email containing your invoice and the tracking information of your order will be sent after your purchase is shipped. You'll receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days, simply enter the tracking code that was on your shipping confirmation email into the tracking page below and you'll have a real time update to your package location.
Your order will be delivered to your curbside, with the exception of White Glove Delivery service.
Any promotions or discounts?

How do I make a payment?
We accept PayPal for online payments. If an error incurred at checkout, please check the following are input correctly:
- Name of card holder
- Card number
- Card type
- Billing address
- Expiration date

If you prefer to pay at any one of our stores, cash, Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards are accepted.
Do you offer financing?
We only offer financing on massage chair purchases at the moment. Please contact us for more information.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed between 11 am to 6:30pm PST, Monday through Sunday. For massage chairs, the delivery time ranges from a day to 14 business days depending on the delivery method of your choice. For products other than massage chairs, we will process and ship out your order within 48 hours. It takes about 7-14 business days for your order to be delivered. Please see Shipping & Handling for our shipping policies.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes, we do. The estimated time of delivery for US orders is 2-3 weeks. Please call us at (604)233-1896 for a detailed quote.
