Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to guarantee that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we do our best to ensure a pleasant shopping experience with us. Returns and exchanges are available with the following conditions.

We ask that you please review the items in your shopping cart prior to checkout and order confirmation. Please feel free to contact one of our agents should you have any concerns.

If you should find the delivered product defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact one of our agents within 7 business days so we may exchange the item free of charge.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your massage chair, please contact us for a one-on-one tutorial session by phone or via email so we can first help you get the most out of your massage chair. If you are still unsatisfied, you may simply return the chair to us in original packaging, with all parts included within 14 days upon receipt.

Please note that customers are responsible for the freight charges and a 20% restocking fee for returns and exchanges. We ask that the product returned remain in brand-new, resaleable condition, or additional charges may be applied. Once the returned product has been inspected upon receipt, you will receive a refund of your purchases minus the freight and restocking fees.

How to Return:

To receive your Return Authorization number (RA#) , please contact one of our agents via email. We will provide the RA# and the correct address for return.

Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and all parts are repackaged in their original cartons. Unfortunately, products returned improperly will not be accepted and restocking fees and return shipping fees will still apply.

How to Exchange:

If you choose to exchange your item for another model, please be  advised that you are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fees.

In the event the item you ordered was delivered defective we will exchange it for the same model free of charge.

If you have exchanged an item for a different model and you are still not satisfied with the product, please return the item to receive a refund, minus shipping and restocking fees.
